Role: HR Coordinator
Reports To: HRM

This role supports & completes the overall HR administrative duties. The ideal candidate will:
– Assist in the recruitment and interview process
– Analyze training needs in partnership with departmental heads and the Academy
– Administer Employee benefits and programs
– Facilitate a thorough and seamless Onboarding & offboarding process
– Identify internal & external Partners to help achieve employee engagement & satisfaction
– Cultivate a culture of excellence through fostering positive employee relations
– Speedily and humanly resolve employee issues that surface
– Maintain HR teams calendar ( Schedule meetings, Interviews, HR Events)

Minimum professional qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related Fields
– Min 3 years experience in HR, preferably Retail, FMCG or Hospitality
– Knowledge of the current labor laws
– Knowledge of HRIS
– Member of IHRM with good standing
